After much prayer, we decided to embark on a journey to look for the perfect vehicle for us and for a great salesman who would truly take care of us. God led us to John Bannon and we couldn’t be happier. John made the process so quick and easy. We were in and out with our new vehicle in under 3 hours. That’s an experience we have never had before. This dealership didn’t add any markup fees making Central Florida Genesis a great choice for buying a car. Ask for John Bannon when you get there and you won’t be disappointed.

Marvin was our rep and he did a great job of listening to our goals and needs for a car and then directing us to the solution options he had that met those needs. The only criticism I can share is that someday, somebody is going to find a way to close out the sale of a car without taking 2.5 hours to do it. Right now it seems every dealer has this same issue, and Genesis seems to be in the same boat. I suspect people will be more likely to buy cars more often if they didn’t have to experience the giant time suck that is the process of closing the sale of a car.

I bought a use car from John one of the sales person at the Genesis dealership which is the high end department to Hyundai. I went back because I couldn't get into my hood and couldn't find any way to open it even after looking through the manual. John was off, however Ronald Thomas took care of me as if I was one of their VIP customers. Not sure if he is a sales person, manager. When I came an told the my situation the called him. Most dealers are so funny when it comes to a use car that I don't know what to expect. Treating people well no matter who they are or how much money they have said a lot 💯 🤷.

The price was a very fair price the service was white glove and there is not a better way to buy a car. The entire staff was first class. John Bannon absolutely 5 star quality. A wonderful man grounded in faith. When I called him I was at my beside my self and needed help getting a car. He was so kind an soft. I would never forget get that loving voice said, tell me what's wrong. I was hoping he was as genuine as his voice and he didn't let me down. He was very polite, positive and very straight forward. John Brannon was my salesperson and was nothing less than extraordinary!!! I reached out to the dealership through inquiry, I'm extremely busy and didn't have the time to sit at a dealership all day. John sent me personalized videos of a couple of GV70's. Literally my whole transaction was done through text message. Nothing was high pressured, I was presented with options and made my decision and picked up my new vehicle the next day and met with even better in person customer service.
